MAIN HALL: Accomodates 235.
Members - $250.00 + HST ($26.00) + $50.00 damage deposit.
Non members - $350.00 + HST ($39.00) + $50.00 damage deposit.
CENTENNIAL ROOM : Accomodates 60.
MacGREGOR ROOM : Accomodates 60.
Members - $ 75.00 + HST ( $ 6.50) + $50.00 damage deposit.
Non members - $ 125.00 + HST ($13.00) + $50.00 damage deposit.

Union Meetings - $35.00 + HST
To qualify for the discounted members prices, your membership must be paid and in good standing.
A $50.00 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ALL HALL & ROOMS.
DEPOSITS FOR HALL & ROOM RENTALS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION.
FULL PAYMENT FOR HALL RENTALS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.
NO REFUND IF CANCELLED WITHIN THE 90 DAY PERIOD.
HALL DECORATION IS THE RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY. ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE REMOVED AT THE END OF THE EVENT.
WE TAKE CARE OF ALL THE SETUP AND TAKE DOWN.
WE ALSO SUPPLY THE BAR SERVICE AND CLEANUP.
A PODIUM AND MICROPHONE ARE AVAILABLE IF REQUIRED.
